Turn End Garden and Artists' studio open for The Haddenham Feast

Haddenham Feast at Turn End 14-20 September 2019

Artist Studio: open daily from Saturday 14th to Friday 20 September, 11.00-16.00

Garden: open on Saturday 14th, Sunday 15th, Monday 16th, Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19 and Friday 20th September 11.00-16.00. Tuesday 17 September 13.30-16.00 (garden closed in the morning)

Haddenham celebrates a village-wide week of cultural activities to celebrate Haddenham Feast, an old village festival which dates back to medieval times.

Turn End’s glorious Autumn garden will be open by donation. The studio of Artist in Residence Heather Hunter will be open from 11am to 4pm daily. Heather specialises in paper art, printing and artist’s books. From her studio at Turn End, she often uses the garden and house as a resource.

Joining Heather in her studio will be artist Christine Nicholls of Ink Pot and Pen and potter Jennie Gilbert. Christine is a visual artist whose work covers a range of disciplines including primarily illustration, lettering, printmaking and artists' books. Jennie will be bringing pieces from her Mishima range

The artists will invigilating through the week at different times so please get in touch with the individual artists for attendance times. Artists works will be on sale.

Studio: free entry

Garden: by donation (suggested £2.50 per adult). Friends free, children free.
