Turn End features in the 15 April 2020 edition of Country Life magazine.
Peter and Margaret Aldington were interviewed by writer and garden designer Non Morris for the forthcoming article about Turn End’s garden. The article explores the Aldington’s inspirations for creating the garden.
In her feature Absolute Perfection Non explores how Turn End "shows what can be achieved when designs for garden and house are created in tandem".
Commenting on our Instagram post, Non Morris says "I was enchanted by the extraordinary house and Garden at Turn End. The garden is a succession of surprises with delights glimpsed through different openings luring you on. A complete pleasure to meet Peter and Margaret Aldington who still live in their house - with an incredible lush exotic garden in their bedroom! - and to meet Jackie Hunt who is caring for the garden with such passion."
Non writes regularly for Country Life and has written on gardens for House & Garden, Gardens Illustrated, The English Garden, The Telegraph and The Guardian.
The article is illustrated by glorious photographs by Val Corbett, whose work regularly appears in Country Life magazine. Val is also a well known landscape photographer.
